Grid connection of your PV System means that you connect either one or three phase to the public power grid through an inverter. To do that, your inverter must be certified for the country you want to install and commission the inverter and the grid supplier must give you the permission to do so. Please check the local law and regulation.

For Malaysia, TNB has agreed to permit connection of PV installations under the MBIPV project to its low voltage (LV) distribution network with the proviso that the PV capacity installed (kWp) does not exceed the consumer’s maximum demand in kW.

As well for the design of a grid connected PV System, the PV Service Provider must be approved in order to get the permission to connect the PV System to the grid!
